It operates in the waters of the seaports of the Russian Federation located in the Japan, Bering, Chukchi, East Siberian Seas and the Laptev Sea.
The Administration includes the following seaports: Anadyr, Beringovsky, Vladivostok, Vostochny, Zarubino, Nakhodka, Olga, Pevek, Posyet, Provideniya, Tiksi, Egvekinot.
